MY SALES SKILLS HAVE IMPROVED ENORMOUSLY

‘Thanks to Christine’s training, I gained more confidence and my sales skills have improved enormously. Her knowledge about selling services is invaluable. She gives a lot of practical examples and good tips to improve our sales both in quantity and in quality. Christine also gave us a lot of insight into how to deal with objections and doubts from customers. Because of her training, my fear of really asking the customer for a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’ has decreased enormously. A ‘no’ is now a challenge for me, an opportunity to inform the customer even better.
